I’m training my 3-week-old baby to hold the milk bottle himself. This frees up my hand to type on the keyboard. Notice he pushes up the milk bottle for better drinking position several times.
Yesterday I fed baby some milk. He drank it with a serious look. After finishing his milk, he rested on my leg calmly with milk around his mouth.
I guess he waited for some more milk. But after a few seconds of waiting, he didn’t get any more milk. So he cried out using all his energy!
At first I was reluctant to let my baby use baby pacifiers. My brothers and sisters used it when they were small. But I thought it’s better not to let baby too dependent on baby pacifier. However, we tried using one about two days ago. Well, it works well!
Sometimes our baby cries loudly when hungry, bathing or having a wet diaper. Now, we let him suck the pacifier when he cries. This usually calms him down for a moment while we prepare his milk, bathe for him or change his diaper. After that, we’ll take away the pacifier.
Here’s a funny video of baby sucking his pacifier while making cute sound. Turn up your speaker volume…
Our baby always hiccups. We don’t know why. He seemed to start hiccup in mother’s womb. Here is his hiccup and sneeze video.
