There are also a lot of monkey in Gunung Lambak mountain. And we happened to spot a few monkeys roaming around when we arrived. They slowly walked away as we approached.

I prefer sleeping instead of shopping

Actually, it’s not recommended to bring baby to a crowded area. Baby’s immune system is still low. So we’re afraid baby may easily catch germs from other people. However Kluang Mall is very spacious and not so crowded.

We went to SenQ electrical store to buy a Pioneer mini sound system and a Panasonic table fan. We prefer buying at SenQ because we can get 3 years warranty with its Plus One credit card. It’s a real value for money. Here are some of the photos taken over there…

Dr Lee explained clearly what you must know about diabetes in his recent health talk. He came to Kluang on 6th February. And I shot the whole health talk using my Panasonic SDR-H250 camcorder. It took Google Video 5 days to encode this 2-hour video!

If you can understand Chinese, I highly recommend you to see through this video. Dr Lee gives the best health talk I’ve ever seen. I hope to include English subtitle in the future.

Starting route is easy. It's nicely paved and not very steep.

No more pavement. But you still have natural staircase

Gunung Lambak mid-stop

Here we are… the mid-stop. I’ll reach here in about 15 minutes if I climb non-stop from the bottom. After this point, the journey gets rougher. No more pavement. No more natural staircase. But you still have ropes tied to the sides to help you with the rough terrain.

From this mid-stop to the mountain top, I’ll take another 30 minutes without resting. Today I just climb until this mid-stop.  So down we go now…

Gunung Lambak water park for kids. Some are enjoying the water. Some are just watching.

A lake side restaurant

Have a cup of coffee while enjoying the scenery. There are also several chalets for rent. So outstation people can rest here for a night before continue their journey.
