How to take care of your baby’s ear? How to avoid baby ear infection? And how to ensure your baby’s ear can grow beautifully?
Ear is one of the earliest organ to develop in fetus stage. That’s why baby in your womb can actually hear your voice. Here are a few tips for caring baby’s ear.
Firstly, avoid splashing water into baby’s ear while bathing for your baby. Damp ear promote germs growth. If soap or shower foam water gets into baby’s ear, it may also cause unwanted ear problem in the long run.
Secondly, avoid cleaning baby’s ear with cotton bud since cotton trace may get stuck inside the ear. Also avoid using ear wax remover tool to prevent injuring her ear drum.
Thirdly, avoid letting baby hear loud sound such as fire cracker or loud home theater sound. Remember not to talk too loud near baby.
Fourthly, when you hug baby or when baby sleeps side way, make sure her ear doesn’t get flipped. This affects her ear’s growth too.
I hope these simple tips let you have an idea of how to care for your baby’s ear.
