Just wondering how did you know what forms to submit. I'm asking because i ordered a gift from one company (based in China) to ship to switzerland ( I am in Canada) And now it is in clearance delay. I signed up for notifications. On the Website it says, "paperwork available" but in my email it just says Goods are subject to review, no action required. Very interesting.
